It is the unconditional requirement of Musicbd25 that all persons depicted in any visual representation of actual sexually explicit conduct on this platform were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of creation. Unverified media is strictly disqualified from publication.
2. Voluntary and Informed Consent
All published depictions must be produced with documented, voluntary, and informed consent of every participating individual, including explicit authorization for digital distribution. Non-consensual recordings, spy-camera captures, revenge pornography, or coercion are strictly banned and referred to legal authorities.
3. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Compliance
To the extent required by federal statute 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, records pertaining to all performers appearing on this platform are maintained by the respective original producers and copyright holders as indicated in the primary release records.
4. Zero Tolerance Directives
We strictly prohibit and immediately terminate listings involving:
- Minors or child sexual abuse material (CSAM/CSAE) in any form.
- Acts involving non-consent, assault, or intimidation.
- Commercial sex trafficking or non-consensual distribution.
- Stolen or hacked personal materials.
5. Emergency Reporting Channel
If you identify any listing that violates this policy, submit an immediate removal notice via our Content Takedown Portal. All such notices trigger priority quarantine within minutes.
